AeroVibe - Shipping Policy

Welcome to AeroVibe. We are committed to delivering your smart climate products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes, timelines, costs, and procedures to ensure a seamless experience for our United States customers.

  1. Shipping Destinations & Scope Currently, AeroVibe specializes in serving the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please note the following regional limitations:

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Due to the size and transit safety requirements of modern air conditioning equipment, we generally cannot ship major appliances to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address at checkout.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipments to AK and HI may incur additional transit time and regional carrier surcharges, which will be dynamically calculated at checkout.

  1. Processing & Handling Time

    All orders undergo a strict quality verification and secure packaging process prior to dispatch:

  • Standard Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or severe weather disruptions, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you promptly via email (support@AeroVibe.us) with an updated timeline.

  1. Shipping Methods, Timelines & Costs We offer reliable ground and freight services to guarantee that your cooling units arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order placement.

  • Standard Ground Shipping (Portable units / accessories): 5 – 7 Business Days

  • LTL Freight Delivery (Heavy-duty / Bulk shipments): 5 – 10 Business Days. Flat rate or Free during promotional periods.

Note on Large Appliance Deliveries (Freight Shipments): Heavy items may require a curbside delivery service. The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided during checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

  1. Shipment Tracking & Confirmation Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s) (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or DHL). The tracking link will become fully active and traceable within 24 to 48 hours.

  2. Damages, Loss & Defective Items Your satisfaction and item safety are our highest priorities. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • Visible Package Damage: If the outer box arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos or videos before opening, or you may refuse the delivery.

  • Concealed Damage / Defective Units: If the unit is damaged inside or fails to operate upon unboxing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To file a claim for damage or a lost package, contact us at support@AeroVibe.us with your order number, description, and photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

  1. Address Modifications & Cancellations To maintain rapid delivery speeds, orders enter our automated system immediately. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please email support@AeroVibe.us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot alter the destination or cancel the shipment; in such cases, the standard Return Policy applies.
